About Tootal
Produced in the far east, warehoused in Enschede in the Netherlands. Our fabric collection consists of more than 3000 items. We carry never-out-of-stock items in a wide range of different fabric types. We specialise in men’s shirting fabrics, fabrics for women’s blouses, linings, workwear and corporate wear.
Men’s shirting fabrics, our speciality! Tootal is an expert and one of the market leaders in the world of fabrics when it comes to both corporate and casual men’s shirting fabrics. We carry in stock all sorts of textures, compositions and weave types, Tootal Fabrics (Holland) B.V. offers you a varied choice of beautiful, high-quality products. We have many cotton fabrics, CVC and TC blends in our collection. Among other things, this collection consists of single yarns, two folds, two ply yarns, twill, plain dyed, printed, digital printed and yarn dyed fabrics.
Continuous product development and designing of fashionable new items is the backbone of Tootal’s success. Recently we added more fabric types to our range, such as high quality viscose, polyester, linen and linen/cotton items that are available in a lot of different colours and prints. These fabrics are suitable for women’s wear, for both casual and corporate blouses.
Our extensive collection offers a great choice of fabrics for corporate uniform shirts and blouses. We offer items with various textures, compositions, and weave types, available in many colours and designs. All our fabrics are available and sample yardage can be ordered as well as colour cards. Tootal has fabrics with these properties in its collection and when we do not carry the specific item you are looking for in our range, we are able to produce customer-specific items based on the conditions agreed upon by our customer.
Tootal is also currently developing as so-called green label collection consisting of organic cotton and recycled polyester. These fabrics will become available in cotton, stretch, blends and heavier weights.
If you need an excellent quality 100% polyester lining which is available in different colours, have a look at our lining assortment! These soft and lightweight fabrics can be used as lining for garments such as suits, jackets and trousers. Flip through our physical collection books or go to our Webshop to view our lining items.
If you are looking for fusible woven interlining for shirts and blouses, you have found the right company. We offer so-called top-fuse shirt interlining in different constructions, colours and weights: ca 100 g/m², 140 g/m² and 170 g/m². They are part of our stock service and can be easily added to your shirt fabric orders without having extra logistic costs to bring them to your warehouse or production facility. Our prices are very competitive and these products are produced in high quality state of the art textile mills.
Tootal also offers an interesting range of loom-state and prepared for dying /printing fabrics (PFD/PFP). These items are available in 100% natural cotton in several yarn-counts, various cotton/polyester blends and cotton stretch mix in different weights, textures and weave types. We always try to keep these fabrics in large quantities available in our warehouse, ready to be shipped to Textile Mills worldwide which are finishing and dying or printing them.
We have long-term strategic relationships with various mills in Asia where we produce our yarn-dyed fabrics. All of our yarn-dyed items are designed by us, in our in-house design studio in Europe (among others), and produced in collaboration with our professional mill partners.
Our collection includes a wide range of printed fabrics, both rotary print and overprint. Digital printing offers great advantages in terms of designing and producing. Precise and detailed prints with rich colours offer great opportunities for customising and personalising high/quality garments and collections.
Tootal’s fashionable fabrics and designs are available in many different items. We follow the latest trends in the textile fashion world to develop specific, special and seasonal items. Thanks to our practice of continuously following the latest trends, our customers, and our European design studio, we are able to convert the versatile demand into supply.
